Janaf — facility access control
ID-card access for trucks entering or leaving the Omišalj facility.
Overview
JANAF (Adriatic Pipeline) operates the oil terminal at Omišalj on the island of Krk. I built a Flutter GUI for an embedded terminal with a card reader at the facility entrance. Drivers swiped their ID card to enter or leave through the ramp barrier. The terminal communicated with the ramp hardware over serial, backed by a .NET service.
The problem
Truck drivers need to enter and leave the Omišalj facility using an ID card at the entrance ramp terminal.
